Gold Nexus Offshore Foundation Package
is a shared Panama Charitable Foundation plus all the Silver IBC components.
The IBC shares are owned by a Nexus (shared) Foundation. The inclusion of
the Foundation would significantly assist the majority of North American and
Western Europeans in their asset planning objectives, and have the bonus of
being a compliant structure since one does not own or control it. Another benefit
of the Gold structure is that we include access to our special funding, money
transfer, and tax-free repatriation methods that allow you to maintain your
privacy when undertaking money payments.
The cost advantage of a shared arrangement is at the expense of flexibility,
the Platinum Private Foundation comes with its own Bylaws that can be amended
to suit estate planning and beneficiary purposes, where the Gold is generalized
and cannot be custom drafted to suit each user. However it is suitable for
many and can be up-graded to a Platinum at any time.
