You get an instant membership position in an operational Limited Duration Company ("LDC"), which is like an LLC - an appointed Manager runs the overall functions, while you run your position alone and in harmony with the group. This package is uniquely fast to open, we are able to issue you your own account number within a day, and you can begin to make a wire deposit immediately. There is no exposure to liability from another member, like a partnership each member is responsible for their own revenue and expenses.

MOST IMPORTANT: The LDC shares are owned by a Private Panama Foundation so the owership and management is 100% foreign and at arms-length from you, allowing exemption from tax reporting requirements.

Your initial deposit of not less than $31,050 will have a $999 setup fee deducted and possibly some incoming bank wire fees, with the $30,000 or more invested on your behalf by the Manager, to yield a 30% annual return based on 2.5% per month. The first 6 months returns are credited on a simple, non-compounding basis, after the 6th month you automatically receive monthly payments into your account. The monthly fee is taken from the account on a pre-authorized basis, and waits until your monthly income arrives from the sixth month and continously after.
